HUS has signed a contract to use Vibemetrics' Vibemeter and 360 manager assessment
The Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS) has signed an agreement with Vibemetrics Oy for the use of the Vibemetrics Vibemeter and 360 assessments for managers. The contract was signed on 20.2.2020. HUS employs 25 000 professionals and is responsible for the specialised healthcare of the residents of 24 member municipalities. HUS is the largest healthcare provider in Finland and the second largest employer in the country.
The contract is based on a tender published on 13.8.2019, where HUS Kuntayhthtymä has put out to tender the Supervisors 360 assessment services and mood meter services for measuring employee experience. HUS invests in the development of organisation, leadership and management. HUS wants to provide managers with an easy and clear way to measure the atmosphere in the unit and to assess and develop their management skills.

Vibemeter
The aim of the HUS Mood Indicator is to collect information on the atmosphere in different parts and units of the organisation and to support its development. Vibemetrics Oy provides the service with its Mood Meter™ servicewhose features are defined according to the needs of HUS.
360 assessment of managers and experts
The 360 assessment for managers can be used to develop HUS's management and leadership, if necessary. Vibemetrics Oy will provide the service through its Vibemetrics 360 service, with questions and reports defined according to the needs of HUS.
