Vibemetrics Terms of Service updated 6.4.2024.

The Vibemetrics service (also known as the "Mood Meter") consists of a service that can be used to conduct various surveys and measurements of staff or customers.

Users enter answers to questions, make comments and react to the comments of others. Organizational root users can manage the users of the service for their own organization.

Parties to the service

The service provider is Vibemetrics Oy (2988220-3).

A subscriber is an organisation that has subscribed to a service and makes it available to its employees, members, customers, visitors or other persons in a similar relationship with the organisation.

A user of the Service is an employee, member, customer, visitor or person in a similar relationship with the Subscriber who is personally invited by the Subscriber to use the Service or who uses the Service on his/her own initiative via a shared link or similar.

Processing of personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy of the service

User responsibilities

The user of the service is responsible, together with the subscriber, for the operation of the technical equipment and telecommunications connections with which he/she uses the service.

The user of the service is responsible for not using the service for illegal purposes and for not attempting to interfere with the operation of the service.

Responsibilities of the subscriber

The subscriber is responsible, together with the user of the service, for the operation of the technical equipment and telecommunication connections with which the user uses the service.

The service subscriber shall provide the service provider with the user-specific contact details required for the implementation of the service.

The subscriber of the service is responsible for managing the number of users in his/her organisation, in accordance with the number of licences purchased by the subscriber.

Obligations of the service provider

The service provider is responsible for maintaining the service so that it is available around the clock, excluding unforeseen disruptions and downtime related to the maintenance of the service.

The service provider shall ensure the security and encryption procedures related to the service and the proper and confidential handling of the data (including personal data) stored in the service.

Other conditions

The Service Provider has the right to modify these Terms of Use by notifying the subscribers of the Service by e-mail or through the Service. The changes will take effect one calendar week after the changes have been communicated to the subscribers of the service.

In addition to these Terms of Use, the Act on Electronic Communications Services (917/2014) and the Personal Data Act (523/1999) apply to the service.

Disputes concerning the service will be resolved primarily through negotiation and ultimately by the Helsinki District Court.
