The Vibemetrics service (also known as the 'Mood Meter') consists of mood measurement functions, result displays, and administrative functions. Users enter their moods, comments, and reactions to the service and view the inputs of their organization's users. Organizational administrators can manage the service's users for their own organization.
Parties to the Service
The service provider is Vibemetrics Oy (2988220-3).
The service subscriber is an organization that has subscribed to the service and offers it to its employees, members, customers, visitors, or other persons in a similar relationship to the organization.
The service user is an employee, member, customer, visitor, or person in a similar relationship to the subscriber, whom the subscriber personally invites to use the service or who uses the service on their own initiative through a shared link or similar means.
Processing of Personal Data
The service user, together with the subscriber, is responsible for the operation of the technical devices and data connections used to access the service.
The service user is responsible for not using the service for illegal purposes and for not attempting to disrupt the operation of the service.
Together with the service user, the service subscriber is responsible for the operation of the technical devices and data connections used by the user to access the service.
The service subscriber ensures the provision of the user-specific contact information necessary for the implementation of the service to the service provider.
When managing the users of their organization, the service subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the number of users defined for the service corresponds to the licenses obtained by the subscriber.
Service Provider Obligations
The service provider is responsible for maintaining the service so that it is available around the clock, except for unforeseeable disruptions and service interruptions related to maintenance.
The service provider is responsible for the security and encryption procedures related to the service and for the appropriate and confidential processing of the information stored in the service, including personal data.
Any disputes relating to the service shall be primarily resolved through negotiation and ultimately in the District Court of Helsinki.
