Vibemetrics AI

Vibemetrics is a pioneer in using artificial intelligence to analyse results and draw conclusions. We have been developing the use of AI since 2021. By 2023, more than 50% of our customers will derive value from AI in their results.

Vibemetrics AI can be used for the following purposes:

  • Automatic summaries of verbal content

  • Analysing the thematic results of the content

  • Analysing strengths, threats, areas for development

The use of AI is always agreed separately with the client.

Organisational and staff structure

Organisation and personal data

Vibemetrics provides a comprehensive model to describe the organisational structure of a service. The respondent does not have to choose his/her unit, but it is already known. Results are automatically provided for each unit in the organisation.

For us, maintaining respondent data is simple. We offer several different ways to update your respondents' information. Either automatically through pre-built integrations, manually or through the administration interface.

The service also remembers changes in your organisation. For example, if your organisation has changed since last year, when you look at last year's results, you will see last year's organisational structure.

Vibemetrics offers a free mobile app for all users of the service. The mobile app can be downloaded from the App Store (Apple) or Play Stores (Android)

Development measures

Vibemetrics has developed a unique, peer-reviewed model to collect and evaluate development measures together with staff.

You can link a development measure to the results of a survey or a theme. Your team can discuss the development action in the service. The next time you measure, your team will also be asked about the development measures. The result will be recorded in the development measure.

Vibemetrics theme

Themes

The questions can be used to define themes to measure a particular phenomenon. For example, questions on leadership can be assigned a theme of "Leadership" to monitor the development of leadership. The calculation formula for a theme can be freely defined and can also include results from other themes.

When themes are in use, the results of the themes are automatically displayed. They can also be analysed using Vibemetrics' AI features.

Under normal circumstances, the service will present the results according to the organisational structure. If desired, the service can also present the results based on the role of the manager and the person being managed. In this case, a person tree is created, which can also be used to compare results.
