Vibemetrics increased transparency at the Ministry of Employment and the Economy
Ministry of Employment and the Economy (TEM) launched a trial of Vibemetrics at the beginning of September to obtain up-to-date information on staff perceptions of the redevelopment of its premises.
A survey of staff and managers' experiences of the service was carried out after two months of use, with around 40% of users responding. During the measurement period, staff provided around 1300 signals (feelings, comments, reactions and actions) to Vibemetrics, and the service achieved a usage rate of 87%.
"I think the mood meter is a good tool to measure the mood of staff, for example in situations of change."
90% of managers felt that Vibemetrics increased the transparency of the workplace. Staff also appreciated the fact that the service allowed them to share their opinions and suggestions for improvement anonymously.
"Our core competence is to get people to participate and share their experiences. You can't collect experiences through a survey, because experience is created in the moment. There is always an emotion in the moment."
