Agreement with HUS Helsinki University Hospital about Employee engagement and 360

The Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS) has entered into an agreement with Vibemetrics Oy for the use of the Vibemetrics and 360 assessments.

The agreement was signed on February 20, 2020. HUS employs 27,000 professionals and is responsible for the special care of the residents of 24 member municipalities. HUS is Finland’s largest healthcare player and the country’s second largest employer.

The agreement is based on a tender published on 13 August 2019, in which HUS Kuntayhtymä has tendered for Supervisors’ 360 assessment services and employee engagement services to measure personnel experience. HUS invests in the development of the organization, supervisory work and management. HUS wants to provide supervisors with an easy-to-use and clear way to measure the atmosphere in the unit and to assess and develop their supervisory skills.
