How to answer the questionnaire
You will receive a personalised link to complete the survey by email. It's easy to answer, and you can choose your language from the top right-hand corner.
The questions are asked one by one. Each question has a scale, and you can add a comment to support your answer. Your answers are automatically saved when you move on to the next question. You can go back to the previous question by pressing the "Back" button and use the number keys to select the scale.
If you reload the page, you will not be able to edit your previous answers for security reasons. However, if you wish, you can delete all your previous replies and start again.
Anonymity and security
The response is completely anonymous, and anonymity is ensured by the service provider Vibemetrics Oy. Everyone will receive a personal link to complete the survey.
The results are presented by group and by first person, but are not shown unless there are at least five (5) responses to the question. This ensures the privacy of respondents.
Personal results
You can access your personal results from your left-hand navigation. Those results are only for you. As more measurement rounds are added, it will tell you how your personal results are developing.
Access to the results
By default, you will see the results for your group. You can also select other groups on the right or view the results for the whole organisation. Anonymity restrictions (minimum 5 respondents) may affect the data displayed. All data, including AI analysis, will not be published until the end of the measurement.
