Our growing start-up company is now looking for an Account Manager who is ready to take responsibility for the operation of our services and new customer acquisition.
Who are we?
Vibemetrics is a new generation platform for listening to the work community and developing the organisation.
We start from the world of employee surveys, our value proposition is about empowering inclusion and learning.
The AI-assisted analysis provides each user with recommendations for action based on the results of the survey and the discussion. We are the "co-pilots" of human management.
We are an international work community of 7 people who have fun together.
We are also a growth-oriented company with our sights set on international markets.
What would your job responsibilities be?
Operating surveys and development activities in accordance with the service concept agreed with customers.
Acquiring new customers and maintaining customer relationships.
Participation in the development and strategy work of a growing company.
What would be your working hours?
Part-time, 4 days a week.
Possibility to increase to full-time later, but also possibility to extend to a 4-day working week.
The job starts in September or as agreed.
What do we expect from you?
A strong interest in organisational development. Studies or other skills in organisational development.
A desire to serve customers happily and solve everyday problems independently and together with the team.
Ability to work in a self-directed way.
Analytical thinking. Thoroughness, understanding of details.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Good Finnish and English language skills
