Vibemetrics does not see staff surveys as just a series of questions aimed at producing averages for different departments. Our approach is to see the staff survey as an iterative survey that adds value to each respondent. In this way, we focus on the issues that matter to employees and ensure that progress is continuous and in everyone's interest.

You can choose questions from our question bank or define your own. Our question bank contains more than 100 questions that have been proven to work.

You can also check out the questions, which have over 10,000 answers and experience of what works and what doesn't.

We have all the question types you need. You can combine questions with conditions or make them conditional, for example, based on the respondent's background.

Measure phenomena

The Vibemetrics staff survey allows the use of themes. Themes measure phenomena such as leadership. The result of a theme is calculated using a formula based on the answers to the questions.

You can choose from our predefined themes or we can define your own themes, based on the topics you choose.
