Boost is a service that allows members of the work community to share praise and recognition, or boosts.
Boosts put people in a good mood in the midst of busy work. They also help people to recognise their own strengths.
Boosting highlights all the valuable work that is not included in the official job descriptions, but without which the work community would not function. Boosts also create a culture of praise, appreciation and feedback.

The topics of the boosts are chosen in advance. You can come up with your own or use our ready-made boosts.
Users don't have to think about the topics of the boosts, they can focus on sharing them.
You can influence organisational culture and behaviour through boosts.
There are usually 5 boosts available at a time. The boosts will change every month to keep things interesting and fresh.

The boosts given are distributed daily to the recipients.
Boosts are given anonymously, so there is no debt of gratitude.
