Forest management associations get real-time mood measurement
Forest Management Service MHYP Oy and Vibemetrics have signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement will bring Vibemetrics sentiment measurement to forest management associations and will enable a unified view of everyday feelings and topics.

Vibemetrics is a unique service that allows employees to anonymously share how they feel and why. It is always at the heart of everyday work and allows a better understanding of what is happening in different parts of the organisation. Everyone can see each other's anonymous comments and can react and add actions to the comments. This approach creates transparency and increases the speed with which the organisation can react to change.

Marko Mäki-Hakola, MTK's Business Director, says that the cooperation agreement was reached on the basis of experiments carried out in a welfare project funded by the Metsämiesten Foundation. The project sought new ways of developing forestry associations.
The cooperation agreement offers forestry associations a special discount if they agree to use the service by 30 September 2017. In addition, forest management associations will have access to additional features through the cooperation agreement.
