The Value Dialogue

Values and job meaning are closely intertwined in the experience of staff.

Values also have a practical function: they provide guidance for everyday decision-making.

Vibemetrics' Value Dialogue is a process that allows the work community to assess how well the organisation's values are implemented in everyday work and to develop more value-driven activities.

How is the values dialogue going?

  • Evaluate how well the values are implemented

The work community assesses how well the values are implemented in their own work.

The results are analysed according to both the organisational structure and the headcount tree. You can immediately see where each value is being realised in your team and where it is not.

  • Let the work community comment on the results

Commenting on the responses will explain why the values are not perceived to be realised and how they are realised. It is much easier to address the issues after this discussion.

  • Strengthen your value-driven approach with small steps

Teams and frontline staff are guided to take development measures to better implement the values.

Evaluating the progress of the development measures provides an interesting and useful overview of the strengthening of value-driven governance.

  • "Values become a guide, truly our way of doing things. Over the next year, we plan to bring the values into our performance management and talent management processes, recruitment and employer image, as well as into our internal discussions, for example on talent issues. We have a tremendous opportunity to make the values truly live."
