The year 2022 for Vibemetrics - a year of strong growth

In 2022, the use of the Vibemetrics service expanded, and the Vibemetrics team strengthened. In this article, Mikko summarizes Vibe's past year and also looks to the future.
Year 2022 was a year of strong growth for us. We sent two million messages and received over a million responses to inquiries. We supported the work of over 6,000 supervisors by providing information on team results. We measured the results of 10,000 groups, which were viewed a total of 11 million times.
We processed 200,000 comments using artificial intelligence and neural network. We identified keywords and organized content. It is important for us to learn to recognize comments that need attention. In 2022, the development of artificial intelligence was generally revolutionary – ChatGPT and GPT-3 have set the direction for the future. In terms of content expertise, our team made a huge leap forward when we brought Karoliina Jarenko and Vilma Tukia on board.
In 2022, we also realized that we are capable of identifying reasons why people change jobs. Knowledge of the reasons for turnover within their own organization is extremely valuable to employers, especially in industries suffering from labor shortages.
